Untamed Hell Hounds to Be Concluded

The shameless junta’s behavior to U Win Tin shows that they are still ready to face every challenge for democratic reform in Burma. They will continue as their way according to their schedule together with their thugs. Since 1988 to 2005, they easily measured the international attention to them and their behaviors that are not more then a minor effect by sanctions. Also they like convert the burden of those sanctions to the ordinary poor people of the country. Now the price for a 50 Kg rice bag is 25,000 to 30,000 Kyats in the western side of the country. The Junta’s forces ban the carrying rice from region to region in that area. Upon that, the local administrative bodies are confiscating people lands for themselves or for their thugs. Through the Eastern borders, they launching wars against the minority arm groups, for which makes local people to flee into Thailand because of to avoid the lives from both casualty and food shortage.

As well as American action on two of the banks in Burma is a few effective but seized properties from more that 300 of the businessman by alleging them as having illegal business with former Prime Minister Khin Nyunt. In this way they covered the lost of banks. They have enough properties and they have nothing to care of sanctions. Their expenditures are also reduced by using large numbers of forced labors and porters throughout the nation. They although have full rations for their forces.

Even; many selfish foreign private companies are substituted against the sanction of investments and imports/exports. The most their success is that they can establish friendships with China, India, Russia and North Korea who are not only economically and arms supportive to them but defend them also from international involvements.

For our democratic activists; we didn’t know the difference between the word national reconciliation using us with by using SPDC. Their national reconciliation means those of all their thugs but we intend for each and everyone. They don’t care about the country and her people as what will be happen to it. They simply work for themselves and for their chairs to be strong.

Another faction among us is on the word constructive engagement. The ASEAN used the method for one and half decade but now they are crying for what they had done. Doesn’t it should be the results for of us? We should have a clear vision on all circumstances and to be realized neither constructive engagement nor this status of sanction will be useful. These Hell Hounds are worthy to hit by every means.

Therefore, we all should unit to promote our struggles into a higher level what will be the harmful and effective to those warlords.

With best wishes,
